山东高速男篮新外援来了！鲍威尔：新赛季想带球队再上新高度

据了解，迈尔斯·鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔于1997年7月7日出生在 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/214.html>美国，司职得分后卫。他是2020年 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/9386.html>NBA落选秀，同年11月加盟纽约 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/18.html>尼克斯队；2021年12月，转投费城 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/28.html>76人队；2022年7月，加盟湾区翼龙队。
2023年9月21日，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔加盟 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/38.html>青岛国信海天篮球俱乐部。在该赛季中，他成为 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/38.html>青岛男篮的绝对核心，常规赛场均贡献25.5分、7.1个篮板和6.3次助攻，投篮命中率达44.6%，三分命中率为35.5%，罚球命中率则为79%。然而，在2024 - 2025赛季，受伤病影响，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔本赛季常规赛仅出场18场，场均数据下滑至16分、4.7个篮板和4.9次助攻。
抵达济南后，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔接受了闪电体育记者的采访。当被问及今后在 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/36.html>山东对自己有什么期待时，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔表示：“我已经做好准备了，‘好的开始是成功的一半’，我想从最开始就尽我所能去做一切，我也想把球队带到一个可能之前没到过的新高度。”
对于目前身体状况的问题，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔称：“因为这个休赛期时间比较长，这个夏天我从未停止过训练。我也知道作为一个后卫，最主要的任务是串联好整个球队，包括控制体重，我已经做好准备了。”
当谈及加盟球队之前对这个球队的了解时，鲍 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/zuqiu/9353.html>威尔说：“对 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/36.html>山东高速男篮，我觉得咱们 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/36.html>山东的粉丝都很热情，我想为粉丝去做我能做到的一切事情。”他还表示，“我对 style='color:red;' href=/qiudui/lanqiu/36.html>山东高速男篮印象比较深刻的有两三个队员，一个是高诗岩，因为我们两个对位，他在防守中其实和他对位的时候挺难缠的；然后还有就是陶汉林，是一个很有统治力的内线；以及外援克里斯，我们私交也不错。他们也会分享一些情况，包括我没来之前我也问过克里斯，比如球队的一些状况、住宿的情况等。”
